What does QuickPay Claims do?

We work with restoration contractors to take their restoration estimates and:

  • Write and/or optimize them for insurance approval
  • Work with property owner’s insurance company, handle supplements
  • Get you paid and greenlit for all necessary restoration work

In short, we handle everything with the insurance companies on your behalf, saving you time & effort while getting you paid faster and more completely.

How quick is the turnaround?

Normally, the turnaround is between 5-7 business days, depending on how quickly the insurance company can approve the restoration work to be done.

We start work on your claims immediately and the only thing holding us back is insurance company processing times.

What insurance companies do you work with?

We will work with any insurance company that your homeowner purchased from, including but not limited to:

How will you bill me?

Our agreement includes a portion for you to provide your information for billing. We will keep this information on file, securely, in order to collect payment after the negotiation process is complete.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept financed payment via Fundbox Pay.

Do you have a financing option?

Yes! Financing is available through Fundbox Pay. With this option, you get 60 days with no fees or interest and 52 weeks to pay the installments. You can sign up to use Fundbox Pay with QuickPay Claims here.

Can you help me with Xactimate?

Xactimate is the name of the game in insurance restoration work. We have decades of combined experience working in Xactware’s estimating software to master all the in’s and out’s. We can absolutely help.

Will you show me how to write an estimate for insurance?

We help insurance contractors write estimates, in most cases using Xactimate as our tool. We will consult you on how to structure your Xactimate estimates for completeness and maximum return.

How do I get more money out of a hail damage roof claim?
