No Guarantee of Results. While QPC will strive to be as accurate in its estimates as reasonably possible, Customer understands and agrees that QPC cannot guarantee any particular result on any particular estimating job. QPC cannot guarantee the accuracy of its estimates, because of QPC’s limited access to information on a particular repair/restoration job. QPC also cannot guarantee that any of its estimates fully encompass the scope of work that will need to be performed to bring the subject property to its pre-loss condition, nor can QPC take any responsibility for the scope of work performed on any subject property. QPC cannot guarantee that any third party insurance carrier will accept QPC’s estimate and pay based on that estimate.
Changes/Revisions. QPC will make estimate changes or revisions at no costs, if they were omitted by QPC. Basic changes and revisions will be made at no costs. If charges are incurred they will comply with our hourly rate that is billed in ten minute increments.
